He thought of Mina’s headless body partially covered in blood; pouring down her shoulders to mid chest. Her white shirt turning pink—wait, how did he know her shirt was white? His brow knotted in confusion. He starts to see the cave clearly and hears the sobs of Valerie echoing against the walls. Val thought of how Mina looked before her death.Awakening Ch.2
